Brent’s favorite is Songs in the Key of Life. We also listen to Innervisions quite often. Brent was a musician. Have I shared that with you? We both love music and have a varied collection. And speaking of music…Brent got his stereo system out of storage yesterday and set it up. He was in his element. We missed it!
Oh, Innervisions is a masterpiece too! No, I did not know Brent is a musician. Very cool. I love that he got his storer out of storage and set it up. I can hear the sound of the needle hitting the albums oh so gently now. My parents still have the stereo we (Dad) bought in 1974. We sisters are looking to get it up and running. I found a shop near us that fixes "vintage" audio. They (my parents) still had the instruction manual!! "Golden Lady" is one of my all time favorite songs. Thank you, Susan, for this wonderful "push" to get our old stereo fixed.
No, the (as my sister April put it) the Optical Dehydration was not fun. But, it's a new day. My goal is to get the first half of the second draft of my Rom Com typed into Word. I made so many changes to the first draft, that it's just easier to retype the whole thing. It is not a process I enjoy (the retyping) but, if I don't do it, it won't get done. Besides, I find myself to be very funny and the giggle that I get from the funny lines I have created gives me great joy. Thank you for reading my piece, Marilyn!
