I found the book on Amazon. I believe it’s typical to provide a copy in return for a review. I have two friends who’ve published novels and this is how they did it.
I am a technical editor looking to move into the book editing/publishing world as my next chapter. I would be happy to read it and write a review or help you with constructive feedback if you send me a copy or Kindle version.
Hi Amy! Very cool that you are book editing/publishing. When I was asking my "Blurb" people (for the back of the book) for their reviews, I did send them each a copy. At this point (money wise) I was advised to call upon the kindness of people who have read the book to review it as a kindness and also to hellp others who are looking for a good read, to find it. Thank you again for searching for my book and I am so glad you found it!
Mary, how do we get your book to read it? I see a link but it isn’t live. Would I search the Libby app? Providing the book link will help you get more readers and hopefully more reviews
Thank you Amy! I'll work on making the link "Live." It's available on Simon and Schuster, Amazon, Books and Books, Peaple's Takoma and Barnes and Noble. (Some other places too. Thank you again for the reminder to make the link "live!"
Mary, I just discovered you from Sulieka's Isolation Journal and I am so grateful. Just finished the Prologue of your book. I downloaded a sample from Amazon. I am hooked and cannot wait to read the entire book. During the years you were in Germany as an "Army Brat" I was in my twenties working as a nurse at NYU Medical Center. We were years apart in age, and miles apart in our own worlds but both of us were in the midst of living in post WWII and Vietnam wars. I already know I am going to write a great review and recommend your book to my friends.
My dear Mary, I read your book and did not want it to end! I became so immersed in your experiences. I am on my way to the write a review section! Love and hugs!
