1.    I am able to reflect on what works and what is not working

2.    I thrill at researching answers to solve problems

3.    I easily go from big picture to small picture and back again

4.    I have knowledge in many areas and can integrate the areas to form creative solutions/activities

5.    I am able to turn on an expressive voice/manner in order to convey my message

6.    I help others see the creativity/potential in their ideas

7.    I am funny and see the humor in many situations

12. I am optimistic and can also see a situation for what it is at the moment

13. I am not intimidated by others who have more experience, higher degrees, more money…I continue to see my own value in their presence

16. I am beginning to form concrete language to connect myself to money for my services, ideas, products
